IVF World Sprints – Day Two

Day Two was another successful day on the reservoir at Calgary. Conditions were similar  to day one – cool and breezy in the morning leading to sunny, mild afternoons.

While Team Tahiti did not make it, due to an airline strike, the competition has been fierce, with many photo finishes.

Hawaii and NZ are leading in the medal counts (23 for Hawaii, 20 for NZ) but Canada has the most GOLD with wins in 7 categories!

The day ended with the first round of medal presentations under the big tent. The crowd got to listen to Oh Canada many times…..

Race by race results are available online.
