CORA Cup Series Distance Championships will be hosted in 2023 for the first time by two different clubs at two different venues.
Lotus Sports Club will be hosting the CORA Cup Series 2023 OC6 Distance Championships on Saturday July-22 at Barnet Marina Park in Burnaby BC. Lotus Sports Club CORA Cup Series 2023 OC6 Distance Championships Event Information Package and Event Registration is available online. The Saturday OC6 event will have food / awards / prizes after each of the 3 races. There will be entertainment through-out the day. There will be recognition / awards for each of the CORA Cup Series Division Champions as well as a draw for 8 Junior / Novice OC Paddle Prizes at the conclusion of Saturday racing.
Vancouver Ocean Sports will be hosting the CORA Cup Series 2023 Small-Boat Distance Championships on Sunday July-23 at Vanier Park in Vancouver BC. Vancouver Ocean Sports CORA Cup Series 2023 Small-Boat Distance Championships Event Information Package and Event Registration is available online. There will be food / awards / prizes at the conclusion of Sunday racing.
CORA is a major sponsor for the CORA Cup Series through support of the CORA Cup Distance Championship Grants, CORA Cup Swag Prize Grants, CORA Cup Junior / Novice OC Paddle Grants, CORA Cup Junior Subsidy Grants, CORA Travel Grants, CORA Small-Boat Number Decals, and CORA Flag Banners. Please ensure that you have paid your CORA Annual Membership well in advance to assist the host clubs with confirming that you are eligible to participate in these events and to assist CORA with supporting these OC racing events.
